I found letterforms from the environment outdoors. I went to the campus, playground, and neighborhood. I took pictures of objects that look like a letter form and chose the best ones for each letter.
This is one of my best pictures for this project. It is showing the bottom part of a big mailbox that is attached to the ground. I rotated the picture to make it looks like the letter “E.”
It was very hard to find several letters such as “W” and “K.” I had to look both close and far away from an object to see if it is making any form of letters. I personally didn’t like this project. People kept staring at me when I was taking pictures of something randomly on the street and it made me feel awkward.
